Between 2-10 July, the Ratiu Center for Democracy was involved in the implementation of the project “Opportunities for all? Mainstreaming gender Equality in European Youth Projects” through the programme “Make your voice heard”. This project was organized by the Centar Fenix (Sanski Most, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and subscribes to the 3.1 Action, training course, financed through the Youth in Action program sponsored by the European Commission.

28 young people from 10 countries learnt about how gender discrimination occurs in Europe and proposed solutions for promoting the gender integrative perspective in European youth projects.

The Ratiu Center for Democracy was represented by Doris Manu, 21 years old, from Timisoara. The project “Opportunities for all? Mainstreaming gender Equality in European Youth Projects” promoted gender equality in European youth projects and in European youth organizations.
