Between 25^th of November and 9 ^th of December Ratiu Center for Democracy is organizing the “Break the Silence! Say No to Domestic Violence!” campaign as part of the “Make Your Voice Heard!” program. The campaign aims to raise awareness on domestic violence in Turda community and is being organized within the framework of the international campaign "16 Days of Activism Against Violence on Women".

You are invited to participate in the activities of the campaign in order to support our fight against gender discrimination in Turda and "break the silence" concerning a phenomenon that affects annually approximately 12,000 people in Romania!

Award Ceremony - Drawing Contest "Break the Silence! Say No to Domestic Violence! "
The drawing contest was launched between October-November in nine educational institutions from Turda. The best drawings made by students will receive prizes from our center on Friday, November 25^th.

Film Screening "Women on the frontline: Austria - Red Card."
The documentary presents the story of a domestic violence victim and the features of the Austrian law on domestic violence.
